Are these consultations Medicare-claimable?
Currently, our consultations are privately billed and not eligible for Medicare claims. We provide detailed invoices for your records.
Do your prices include follow-up appointments?
Each consultation is billed separately unless stated as a package. Follow-up sessions are available at reduced rates for ongoing care.
Are prescriptions and certificates included in the price?
Yes — where clinically appropriate, your doctor can issue e-scripts, referrals, or medical certificates as part of your consultation.
How do after-hours rates work?
Consultations outside standard business hours incur a small additional fee to ensure clinicians are available around the clock.
Can I reschedule or cancel a booking?
Absolutely. Appointments can be rescheduled or cancelled up to 24 hours in advance without penalty.
