General Practitioner (Telehealth)

Position: telehealth GP – Remote (Australia)

Stream: GP / Primary Care

Type: Contract

Location: Fully Remote, Australia-wide

Position Summary:

You’ll deliver safe, patient-centred virtual consultations to individuals across Australia, in line with AHPRA requirements, clinical governance frameworks, and telehealth prescribing and documentation standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct telehealth consultations (video) with patients nationwide.
  • Prescribe medications, issue referrals, and manage ongoing care.
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation and medico-legal compliance.
  • Uphold AHPRA standards and contribute to continuous quality review.

Requirements:

  • Current registration with AHPRA as a Medical Practitioner.

  • Demonstrated experience in general practice or telehealth.

  • Confident in digital tools and independent workflow.

  • Excellent communication and patient rapport.
