Position Summary:

Join DocTel VetCare, Australia’s next-generation veterinary telehealth network, helping pet owners access trusted, affordable advice from the comfort of home. As a Telehealth Veterinarian, you’ll provide online consultations for general pet health, behavioural advice, nutrition, and non-emergency care. You’ll help pets live healthier lives while enjoying complete flexibility and clinical autonomy — all through a secure, compliant, and easy-to-use digital platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct remote consultations via secure video for dogs, cats, and small animals.

• Provide guidance on general health, behaviour, nutrition, and preventive care.

• Assess when an in-clinic visit is required and guide owners appropriately.

• Maintain accurate records and adhere to veterinary governance standards.

• Collaborate with DocTel VetCare’s admin and tech teams to enhance service quality.

Requirements:

• Current registration as a Veterinarian with the relevant state or territory board.

• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in companion animal practice.

• Excellent communication and digital consultation skills.

• Compassionate approach to pet care and owner education.

• Strong ethical standards and clinical judgment.
