Position Summary:

DocTel is seeking a proactive Partnership & Outreach Coordinator to support the company’s expanding network of clinical and strategic partners.
You’ll work closely with the Business Development Manager to engage practitioners, clinics, and external organisations — coordinating onboarding, outreach, and communication activities that strengthen DocTel’s growing telehealth ecosystem.
This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and a genuine interest in digital healthcare innovation.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate outreach campaigns to attract new practitioners and clinic partners.

• Support onboarding processes for new partners, ensuring smooth setup and communication.

• Manage relationships with existing partners through consistent updates and feedback loops.

• Assist with partnership documentation, proposal preparation, and follow-ups.

• Collaborate with marketing to promote joint initiatives and community engagement programs.

• Track outreach metrics, maintain CRM data, and contribute to growth reporting.

Requirements:

• Degree in Health Sciences, Communications, Marketing, or Business.

• 2–4 years’ experience in outreach, account management, or partnership coordination (preferably in healthcare or digital services).

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

• Detail-oriented with solid organisational and administrative abilities.

• Comfortable working in a dynamic, remote-first environment.

• Passion for improving healthcare accessibility and patient experience.
