DocTel Announces Strategic Partnerships with Leading Australian Dispensaries

DocTel is proud to announce new partnerships with two established Australian dispensaries, strengthening our end-to-end care pathway for eligible patients.

As part of this initiative, DocTel has developed its own compliance-aligned e-prescription and dispensing workflow, built by DocTel’s internal technical team to support clearer communication and safer handover between consultation and dispensing.

Through this system, patients are able to receive status notifications related to prescription processing once their medication enters the dispensary workflow — reducing uncertainty, follow-up calls, and unnecessary delays.

These partnerships are designed to improve patient experience by supporting faster dispensing, clearer coordination, and smoother continuity of care — while maintaining full clinical independence.

DocTel practitioners remain fully autonomous in their prescribing decisions. Patients are never obligated to use a specific dispensary and are free to take their prescription to any pharmacy of their choice.

By removing administrative friction between consultation and medication access, DocTel aims to deliver a more transparent, reliable, and patient-centred treatment journey — without compromising ethical or regulatory standards.
