Position Summary:

You’ll provide high-quality, patient-centred mental health consultations to clients across Australia through secure telehealth. You’ll work within DocTel’s multidisciplinary network, supporting individuals with diverse needs through assessments, therapy, and evidence-based interventions — all while maintaining full compliance with AHPRA, privacy, and clinical governance standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct video-based mental health assessments and therapy sessions.

• Provide ongoing care, review progress, and adapt treatment plans as needed.

• Maintain accurate case notes and ensure compliance with AHPRA and privacy frameworks.

• Collaborate with GPs and allied clinicians to support integrated care pathways.

• Contribute to DocTel’s clinical governance and quality-assurance processes.

Requirements:

• Current registration with AHPRA as a Psychologist or Psychiatrist.
• Demonstrated experience delivering therapy or psychiatric care via telehealth.
• Strong clinical documentation, communication, and digital-health literacy.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative virtual team.
• Compassionate, patient-first approach with cultural and linguistic sensitivity.
